Background: Evaluation of the Clinical Learning Experience of Nursing Students: a Cross-Sectional Descriptive Study. Considering the strengths and limitations of these clinical practicum models, along with nursing workforce shortages, we developed and tested an innovative clinical partnership model (CPM) in Hong Kong.
